The periods that can be viewed are:-

• Last Week
• This Month
• Last Month
• Any specified historical or future week or month
• Custom period
Information shown includes individual attendance clockings and absence records, lateness, early leaving, any period or grace penalty roundings, authorised and unauthorised hours, analysis of paid hours and current status (eg whether the employee is IN or OUT)
