A simple website.
Your privacy choices.
The ACS website does not include advertising trackers or embedded social media widgets. Photographs, styles and scripts are served with the website. Optional analytics uses browser storage only after you allow it.
Optional website analytics
Use Privacy settings on any page to allow or reject analytics. The website and enquiry form work when you reject it. If you allow it, we measure visits, page use, contact actions, enquiry conversion and page performance. We do not record what you type in forms or share analytics with advertising services.
- acs_analytics_preference_v2 — local storage recording your choice for up to six months. It is used to remember your privacy preference.
- acs_analytics_visit_v2 — session storage containing a random visit identifier and timing information, used only with permission. A visit expires after 30 minutes without activity or at most 24 hours; closing the tab normally removes it, though browser restoration may retain session storage.
Withdrawing permission removes the visit identifier from that tab and stops future measurements. Another open tab will also stop when it receives the preference update. Previous measurements are not automatically erased by changing your preference. Detailed records have a rolling 90-day retention period. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected.
The enquiry-form cookie
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| acs_enquiry | Connects your form submission to a security token to help prevent unauthorised submissions. Set when you use the enquiry form. | Session cookie; normally removed when the browser session ends. Browser session-restore settings may retain it. |
The cookie contains a session identifier, not the text of your enquiry. It is used for the form’s essential security function.
Private dashboard
Authorised staff signing in to the dashboard receive an essential acs_admin session cookie. It keeps their authenticated session secure. Access expires after 30 minutes of inactivity or eight hours in total. Public website visitors do not receive this cookie.
Your browser controls
You can remove or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking this cookie may prevent the enquiry form from working. You can still email info@acsltd.eu or call 01344 771569.
